Function:
With the intuitive and user-friendly Scheugenpflug Microcomputer Controller, the VDS P is operated efficiently and is easy to learn. The controller is attached directly to the chamber as operator panel or is integrated into the material
preparation unit A310. For faster and visually supported
programming, an Industrial-PC is available too.
The already evacuated dispensing medium is supplied
from the A310 via the hermetically sealed multiple
dispenser into the vacuum chamber. The 3-axis system
guarantees a precise travel distance and, thus, the highest
dispensing quality, in a vacuum value which can be
adapted to suit the requirements. The resin is dispensed
with precision into or onto the work pieces.

For optimum metering with repeated accuracy, the VDS P is
equipped as standard with the Scheugenpflug piston-metering
system. It is joined by the A310 material preparation and
feeding unit to form the perfect dispensing team for vacuum-
assisted applications
