VDS D
The VDS D is a very compact vacuum chamber used for dispensing resin under vacuum.
Application:
Moisture sensitive resins or sensitive manufacturing processes where air bubbles in the work piece or resin are not acceptable.
Area of application:
Vacuum-assisted dispensing applications for prototypes and small production series.

Function:
The dispensing process starts once the round chamber has been closed and the programmed vacuum level is reached.
Dot and simple line dispensing are possible as the work piece table can be turned by hand or a stepper motor.
