Function:
The applied vacuum evacuates enclosed air from the material already during the preparation. (Degassed material is the absolute pre-condition for an air bubble free dispensing process.)
Agitating and circulating the material, even during production idle times, avoids sedimentation in the resin and keeps up a evenly distribution of the filler materials and a constant quality of the components. Furthermore, agitating helps to move trapped air-bubbles to the surface and speed up the degassing of the material.
Accurate monitored tempering allows to adjust the viscosity of polyurethane- and epoxy resins to the optimum level.
Upgrades: Together with the Scheugenpflug piston-metering head and the microcomputer controller, the A300 makes up a perfect stand-alone dispensing system for liquid, self-leveling and even abrasive materials.
The Dos A300 can also be easily integrated into existing production lines.
