High precision metering system for the dispensing of micro-quantities (0.005 ml – 0.04 ml). For processing filled and unfilled, liquid to highly viscous single and two-component materials.

High precision metering system for metering quantities in the nano range (0,0002 – 0,0050 ml). For processing filled and unfilled (also abrasive) liquid
single-component materials or premixed
two-component materials.

Piezo-based free-jet metering system for a wide range of media and viscosities. For processing low to highly viscous dispensing media.

Area of application:

For example, dam and fill applications or the encapsulation of chips on lead frames.
