Vacuum Dispensing
Vacuum dispensing means metering and dispensing with self-leveling casting resins in a chamber with sub-atmospheric pressure (approx. 1mbar).
Application:
The goal of the vacuum dispensing process is to eliminate any air and humidity present in the component before the dispensing process, so that hollow spaces can be completely filled with casting material.
The dispensing media used are the so-called low-viscosity casting resins based on polyurethane, silicone or epoxy.
Goal:
Bubble-free and consistent filling of components for safeguarding a very high dispensing quality and a brilliant high-voltage and insulating resistance.
